I am back

I didn't really go anywhere. I have just been really busy and worn out. We are one week away from basketball season being over and I am glad about that. I have been working out 5-6 days a week since the first of January (I started working out in December working myself up to daily. I accomplish new years resolutions if I start them before the 1st. Less pressure that way.) I am finally feeling like my body is responding. This week I started a new workout that really worked my leg muscles. The next day those muscles were really rebelling. I did the same workout again on day 3. Boy was that a challenge and now today which is day 4 my legs feel great! I have introduce my body to the "plank", Kettle bells and we have been going crazy on the elliptical.

I now have hope that I can repair this worn out body. The past few years I usually start working out and the pain in my legs or feet has been too much that I have to quit. I have been taking things slow and trying to care for my muscles and baby them when I work them. What I am doing now seems to really help.

Right now I am feeling a lot of stress while James and I are trying to get our cheese making on the go for summer. We have hit a lot of road blocks. All I know is that we have to plow through them and make it happen. It is so enjoyable to have such great feed back on the cheese. After the challenges comes the rewards. Right?

Well, I guess I better sign off. Hopefully I won't wait too long to write another post.
